On thursday strangeways DJs are playing at the Twisted Wheel
I will be doing a guest slot from 12pm SL time till 2pm, playing lots of old soul, some seminal early classics, Shirelles, Contours, and more...some legendary and groovy northern soul cuts, a wee bit of Curtis Mayfield and Curtom/Chicago soul, some really dirty rare old funk, and tailing off some essential rare groove songs from Jon Lucien, the Jackson Sisters, Rotary Connection..
deedee will be continuing her Ska and Rocksteady theme at her regular slot at Twisted Wheel, from 2pm SL time, with loads of vintage ska classics and 2nd generation hits!!
As always it will be rather funked up!
